Tropical Storm Michael has Formed, Not a Threat to Texas

Tropical Storm Michael has formed near Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. It is the thirteenth named storm of the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season. According to the National Hurricane Center, Michael will approach the northern U.S. Gulf Coast, possibly as a hurricane, by the middle of this week.

Michael does not pose a threat to the Texas Coast.
