Tropical Storm Sandy Forms in Caribbean, Will Not Threaten Texas Coast

Tropical Storm Sandy, the 18th named storm of the 2012 hurricane season, has formed in the Caribbean.

Sandy is not expected to threaten the Texas coastline.
