Tropical Storm Humberto Forms Near East Coast of Florida, No Threat to Texas
What is the danger?
Tropical Storm Humberto is the eighth named storm of the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season and is currently located off the east coast of Florida. According to the
National Hurricane Center (NHC), Humberto is expected to continue moving northwest through the end of the weekend. Humberto poses no threat to Texas.
