The Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management is returning to Level 4 – Normal Readiness at 10:00 a.m. While rain may persist into the afternoon, National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts indicate that the most dangerous storms have passed through the county.
Rainfall totals averaged less than an inch across most of the area. NWS anticipates a 20% chance of rain on Tuesday then sunny skies through Friday.
